travel plans, being close to the highway and downtown. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired as the front desk staff were unhelpful during check-in.

The King Room with Balcony was comfortable, clean, and quiet, providing a restful atmosphere. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from the cruise port, the accessibility was a plus. Dining options were delightful, with lunch, dinner, and breakfast all being reasonably priced and featuring local products. However, the initial room's noise level was disruptive, and the staff had to move me, which should have been prevented. Additionally, the hotel could use a bit more attention to soundproofing.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Fort Lauderdale's vibrant spots, like Las Olas Boulevard with its fun boutiques. The clean and cheerful environment made our time enjoyable, especially with the grandkids splashing around in the pool.

In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the nearby highways made it tough to relax. A separate dining area would be better for families with children.

I loved the lobby's large fish aquariums. they added a unique touch to the atmosphere. The heated pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Though some furniture showed wear, everything was clean and well-maintained. One downside was the shower head. it looked impressive but barely worked. Additionally, the shower door was quite heavy, which could be a challenge for older guests. A few amenities needed updates, but overall, enjoyed my stay.
